Alexander Benjamin Spiro: Part II
Elon Musk and đ Lawyer, CIA trained, BHR Board Member as of 2022. Devon Archer's Very Close Friend.
Welcome to Part II. If you missed the first section, please read it here first. Weâre going to expand on what youâve already read so far in Part I and sift through all the facts with a fine toothcomb, now that you have the âgistâ of it all.
Alex Spiro. How can one best describe him? I guess that depends on who you ask. Take his very close friend, Devon Archer for instance. He sure knew how to do it!
In an email thread with associates of Abu Dhabiâs sovereign investor Mubadala, (with USD 256BN in assets under management) Devon says this:
âAlex is foremost my dear friend, but also one of the biggest time attorneys in the country, an avid basketball fan, a star athlete himself, went to all the right schools and is in general an all around stud.âÂ
What a beautiful blossoming bromance! (now thereâs 3 X Bâs to go with our 5 x Wâs)
I just love how they edify each other when given the chance. Donât you? The convicted fraudster Devon Archer and Harvard Law School and CIA graduate Alex Spiro, are true âBrosephsâ as Devon likes to say!
So as we learned in Part 1, the move proposed by Devon Archer to appoint his âbroâ, Alex Spiro as a supervisor at BHR began in 2018.
Things then started to pick up again, in October 2019. That was when Hunter Biden announced through his lawyer George Mesires, that he intended to quit the BHR board of directors by the 31st.
Mesires said, that as a result of âsignificant press attentionâ to Hunterâs business activities in the months after his father Joe had been confirmed as the Democratic presidential nominee, the need was there for Hunter to step down.
The leaked whistleblower emails obtained by GEORGE NEWS, show that a few months later, in February 2020, a BHR executive called Heng-Yin Zhang, (who has also been mentioned by BREITBART) emailed urgent paperwork for Spiro to sign off on, so that he could replace Hunter on the board.Â
An assistant at the Quinn Emanuel law firm where Alex Spiro is a partner, then sent back the documents with Spiroâs signature and a beautiful, full-color scan of his passport.
A few months later, in April of the same year, Heng-Yin Zhang sent an email to Hunter Biden's business partners, Devon Archer, and Jimmy Bulger, to confirm that Hunter's director position had been removed from official filing records.
If the name Bulger sounds familiar to you, itâs because it is. Bulger, a longtime Biden Crime Family associate and nephew of the notorious Boston gangster James âWhiteyâ Bulger, actually owns a 10% stake in BHR through his consulting firm Thornton Group LLC.Â
A written board resolution document from April 2020 lists Alex Spiro as a director of the company, while Hunter Bidenâs name is no longer anywhere to be found.Â
Another board resolution document from July 2020 was signed by Alex Spiro in his capacity as director.Â
Despite stepping away from the board, Hunter held on to his 10% stake in BHR through his company Skaneateles LLC. Skaneateles is currently controlled by Hunter's lawyer Kevin Morris and he still retains that 10% interest in BHR, current Chinese business records show.
Although we have known this, and have had the signed documentation proving this, for almost a year, Kevin Morris has just recently confirmed this to House investigators.
BHR Partners, an entity controlled by the Bank of China, has about $3 billion currently invested around the world, according to its website.
The tranche of new whistleblower emails does not show why, but in August 2020 internal moves were suddenly being made for Alex Spiro to resign from the BHR board.
The following month, in September, BHR received an appointment letter stating that Alex Spiro was being removed as director. Â
Then, in October, (as we wrote in Part 1) Devon Archer wrote to Spiro:
âPlease let this email confirm that though we explored the Advisory Board position at BHR the process was reversed and we are longer moving forward with on boarding. Thank you for your consideration.â
Spiro replied:
âDevon - thanks for confirming nothing moved forward (as I never agreed for it to move forward).Â
âFor the avoidance of any doubt, no one has or had my permission to use my name, likeness, etc for any purpose. Thank you.â
Some additional clues on what may have been going on are provided in an email Zhang wrote to Archer on November 8, 2020, to ask about Spiroâs directorship.
Just one day after all the major news networks declared Joe Biden the âwinnerâ of the presidential election, Zhang asked Archer if Spiro âshould be reappointed after the election as you previously suggestedâ.
The next day, Devon Archer seemed to imply that the tactical manoeuvres surrounding Alex Spiroâs role on the board were being influenced by politics.Â
He wrote:
âWe are going to hold off any decisions until the Inauguration as I was advisedâ
-a very clear reference to the inauguration of pResident Biden on January 20, 2021.
Then on December 14, Zhang wrote to Archer again in the same email chain to say:
âWe are aware of Alex Spiro's concerns with reporters and we will make sure the official words are in line with what you suggested.Â
âPlease advise next steps for re-appointment or new appointment of the board seat when appropriate.â
Archer replied the next day to tell Zhang:
âIâd suggest we have a letter on hand for Alex in case needed that he can have on hand to share with any overly zealous reporters.âÂ
The precise wording of the letter proposed by Devon Archer was:
âFor the avoidance of doubt, BHR explored the opportunity of Mr. Alex Spiro joining the Advisory Board for a period of time in 2020. After consideration both parties decided not to move forward.â Â
A word-for-word copy of the statement signed by CEO Jonathan Li on BHR letterhead was then forwarded by Zhang to Archer. Â
In a shocking email, Zhang explained:
"Alex was no longer a director as soon as he signed the appointment letter which we received back in September.Â
âHowever, the filing record is the hard proof that he at least once served as a director.Â
âThe filing record can only be updated after he or his replacement is appointed.Â
âPlease allow me to mention that the wording from your suggested statement does not reflect the truth, but we also understand that the truthfulness of the statement cannot be verified by the press.Â
âKnowing that, Jonathan signed the letter in good faith (please see attachment). It is advised that the letter be used with caution.âÂ
Emails show that Archer and Zhang were still discussing the search for a replacement for Spiro a full year later in December of 2021.
After Zhang proposed a potential candidate, Archer replied:
"I will ask. I just need Alexâs name off any searchable registries or databases.â
It was not until March 2023, that a replacement was named in documents that were backdated to December 2021 and signed by Archerâs wife Krista Archer.Â
Itâs worth mentioning again, that Devon has also signed his shares over to his wife, Krista.
It appears no action had been made in all of 2022 to remove Spiro's name from the filing record as director. Apparently, the prolonged delay was due to BHR's largest and most powerful shareholder - the Bank of China.
In an email dated 12/29/2022, Zhang explains to Devon,
âAs previously explained, the reason why Alex's name is still on the filing record is because BOC has been inactive in signing the document needed to take his name off. Once BOC quits as the shareholder, which we are actively working on, we will be able to make the filing change as quickly as possible.â
We wonder how much rage Alex Spiro has endured over the years knowing that the permanent record shows, he was, without a shadow of a doubt, Hunter Biden's replacement in one of the most corrupt pay-to-play scandals involving the Biden Crime Family.
It takes a lot of anger, fear, or both for an equity company controlling $3Billion+ in assets to resort to dirty deeds, like signing off on the 'DOES NOT REFLECT THE TRUTH' letter above.
In deed, when the official record finally did update to name a replacement for Alex Spiro's directorship, in March 2023, the documents, signed by Devon Archer's wife Krista Archer, had been backdated to December 2021.
Looks like you can't have 3 B's, Building Back Better, without the 2 C's, Criminal Conspiracy.
To be continuedâŚ
