Alexander Benjamin Spiro. Part I

Have you heard of Alex Spiro, the hotshot lawyer for Elon Musk and 𝕏?

We wanted to know what GROK, 𝕏’s new A.I. BOT thought of him, so we asked it a simple question:

“Why is Alexander Benjamin Spiro so integral to the success of 𝕏, formerly known as Twitter?”

We asked the question twice. The first time, GROK came back to us with this:

When we asked the same question again, just mere seconds after reading the A.I’s response, GROK seemed to glitch for a minute, before answering with a more ‘serious’ tone:

Here is what GROK said after a minute of silence. Note the, “But in all seriousness” quote. (We didn’t “try again”, but waited for over a minute, before the new answer came back)

Interesting, to say the least.

Anyway, as we’ve posted earlier on 𝕏, Alex Spiro sat on the Board of BHR (BHR Partners (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.), the same CCP funded company that both Hunter Biden and Devon Archer had seats on. This wasn’t done on a whim, due to ‘covid-lockdown-boredom’, or as a favor to a friend.

This, was a calculated business move.

Fast forward to June 2023, and as a direct result of the excellent investigative work by Marco Polo, BHR had to re-brand the company, to try and survive the relentless onslaught from the media. They recently stated on their website:

“On May 31, 2023, the Company changed its name from "Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd." to "BHR Partners (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd."

The name change will not affect the Company's missions, investment strategies, operation of the funds under management, and portfolio companies. The Company will continue to uphold the missions of "creating excellent returns for investors, establishing long-term win-win partnerships with enterprises, becoming a platform for employees to improve and realize their potentials, exploring and implementing best practices in the industry, and creating values for investors and portfolio companies.”

That was dated June 6th, 2023. Now please bear with us, as we’re now going to jump back, to December of 2022, and beyond.

On December 8th, 2022, at 4:02amET, after analyzing leaked documents, we relayed a message to Elon Musk, via a mutual friend, that said, “You have a guy in your newly-private company, with undeclared conflicts of interest”. This message also had an unredacted copy of Spiro’s passport —in color and high resolution. (image redacted for this post)

A few more messages were exchanged, before the reply we had been hoping for arrived. On December 11th, 2022 at 3:49pmET, we were told, “Spiro is gone.”

Elon would later state, that he had removed his personal lawyer from Twitter’s legal team, as he was “unhappy with some of the decisions made by Mr. Spiro”.

Those decisions were said to include “former” C.I.A. employee Spiro’s call to retain ex-F.B.I. general counsel James A. Baker in his role as Twitter’s deputy general counsel.

Mr. Baker was fired by Elon Musk for allegedly trying to suppress information about Twitter’s handling of the Hunter Biden laptop story - one of the biggest coverups of our time.

However, we can state, with total certainty, that the decision to remove (or the appearance of a “removal” of) Alex Spiro came after Elon was made aware of the facts. The facts are this: Alex Spiro had secretly replaced the pResident’s son, R. Hunter Biden on the board of his Chinese-state backed investment fund, BHR.  

Leaked documents, provided by a verified whistleblower, and seen by us, as well as a small handful of other investigative journalists, late last year, show that Spiro took Hunter’s seat on the board of private equity firm Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) in February 2020. 

Alex was the replacement for Hunter Biden.

On April 13th, 2020, Devon Archer received an email asking if Hunter had been removed from the BHR Board. It read:

“Hi Devon - sorry to trouble you with another email. I just wanted to let you know that Hunter's lawyer George just sent us an email a[s]king the status on Hunter's directorship removal. As per the requirement by the regulatory authority, we will not be able to remove him until we submit the information of a new director. i.e. the director appoin[t]ment letter.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Hope you are still healthy and all is well under lockdowns.

The leaked BHR files also reveal an attempted cover up of Alex Spiro’s role on the Chinese board. This major coverup, included a letter that was personally signed by the CEO of BHR, Jonathan Li. In this fabrication of the ‘facts’, Li stated, that Spiro, was only ever “considered” for a seat on the Advisory Board, in 2020.

This statement below, was signed and dated December 15th, 2020. The wording however, was created by Devon Archer. The conversations that led to the creation of the letter below are quite something else!

In the email screenshot below, dated December 15th, 2020, Devon sends, Li the wording for the above signed official BHR letter.

This gave Alex Spiro a ‘get out of jail free card’, if he was ever asked about his relationship with Hunter Biden, or BHR.

Now, why would Spiro even HAVE those concerns to begin with? His need to erase all ties with BHR, seem to arise in October of 2020.

My guess, is that Spiro was made aware of the Biden Laptop via his company’s working relationship with Steve Bannon, who was being represented by Quinn Emanuel at the time.

On October 30th, 2020, almost two months before Li’s letter, Devon Archer sent an email to Alex Spiro, that said:

Alex,
Please let this email confirm that though we explored the Advisory Board position at BHR the process was reversed and we are longer moving forward with on boarding.  Thank you for your consideration.
Regards,
Devon Archer

Now get this; Alex Spiro was first put forward by Hunter Biden’s disgraced friend and business partner, Devon Archer for a supervisor role at BHR in September of 2018!

Also, for the sake of our timeline here, that’ll be laid out over a three part Substack, we can see that the first message, between Devon Archer’s BHR email address and Alex Spiro’s, Quinn Emmanuel email address, is dated November 16th, 2017.

So, this ‘out of place’ email, dated October 30th, 2020, was a possible attempt at laying a ‘paper trail’, that leads up to the letter signed by BHR CEO, Jonathan Li. It was also written in a manner, that was quite dissimilar to how Devon and Alex usually spoke to each other. Case in point; on January 26th, 2020, while trying to decide on a date and time “to catch up”, Devon says to Alex:

“Why dont u just come by today. I'm fucking next door” (sic)

Did you note the “Broseph” in there? How cute. They were close neighbors at one point, living within walking distance of each other in Brooklyn, NY

Now the plan, may very well have been, to remove Spiro temporarily until “after the elections”, and then have him reinstated at a later time, as mentioned here:

It’s notable to state here, that this story will quite literally blow your mind, once it’s all laid out.
